Remember the 90's cereal commercials when at the end they would say "part of a complete balanced breakfast" and show a table with like a bg ass bowl of cereal, fruit, toast, eggs, bacon, orange juice, all that stuff? How was that considered a balanced breakfast? I can't even eat one decent sized bowl of cereal for breakfast without feeling bloated til lunch time.
